We are wholeheartedly committed to nurturing and delivering the healthiest plants and best quality organic products to you. Nonetheless, plants are considered perishables so we have provided recourse in the unlikely event we were not able to deliver the quality plant purchased.
The customer MUST inspect all plants purchased and report all discrepancies to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt in order for the plant(s) to be eligible for return or exchange. Any discrepancies reported after 48 hours will be considered the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the date of receipt.
Non-plant matter and resources (eg. Plantfood, manure mix, salts) are not eligible for return or exchange.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Returns must be mailed with a maximum of 1 day or overnight shipping paid by the purchaser and tracking and proof of cost must be provided to My Exotic Secrets at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your return shipping cost will be refunded to you when your return is processed.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return within 2-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item.
